We purchased tickets through MyTicketTracker and received a notification that the tickets were sent. We never received them. The company says they have "proof" from the seller that the transfer was made to our Ticketmaster account, but that simply isn't true. The proof shows no evidence of a specific account to which the tickets were transferred. We have checked the specific account multiple times and find no evidence of any tickets for the show in question. The company says it's not their responsibility and that it probably went to a spam folder. There's no accountability, and we were scammed out of a few hundred dollars.
