One number went inaccessible after I switched a few phones from several carriers to a single provider. We received the phones as part of a special offer, but we also had to provide our own numbers. The new carrier's customer care actually advised trying to purchase a new number rather than paying the penalty of the phone's full price. I looked up Phone Number Expert online and made the decision to try it. The cost of the new number was around $16, and the phone was operational in around 48 hours. Although I guarantee you that I am a real customer and that this is a real review, I have also written it on another website. They have my endorsement.

Although they don't provide a phone number for customer service, their communication by email is perfect: quick response, comprehensive and detailed. I strongly recommend it.
