I found HireMyMom.com 1 year ago after making a hard decision to leave my corporate job. I had (and have lol) three small children and a fourth on the way and found that my corporate job was becoming more and more challenging to keep up with! I felt that I was sacrificing my duties as a mother and wife in order to succeed professionally. I had to leave. I'd searched for work from home jobs many many times before but I felt odd about the jobs that I'd find on some of the other job sites and never felt fully comfortable with applying. Also, I found that a lot of those jobs still required things like a "quiet office space" in the home or set hours of availability like a typical 9 to 5 job. I stumbled upon hiremymom.com on instagram! And man was it a BLESSING! I couldn't believe how many companies/businesses were hiring for people who needed flexible hours, or remote work. I ended up getting 3 interviews with 3 different employers and being hired by one! I ended up gaining on the job training (that my employer paid for) and am now using those skills to start my OWN podcasting service! I cannot recommend hiremymom.com ENOUGH. It is BY FAR THE BEST job site for MOTHERS especially! It has changed my life in the best way and I send the website over to ANY mom who tells me she is looking for work! Lesley is a PRO in this field and I am so thankful that she started this wonderful resource for us moms! Thanks LESLEY!
