The process:
1. You deposit money
2. They ask for more money to upgrade your account (they are very friendly and convincing in the meantime they are making profit for you)
3. They ask money for the withdrawal
4. You don't get anything back
I got a refund after reporting to the agency hukler siege, they did great getting my funds back.
