I live in Michigan. From 2012 - 2019 (until COVID-19) I've ordered JR passes through NTA for groups of students and for myself. It was always a positive experience. The staff at NTA have always been great to work with, but I wish the company would allow more carrier options. FedEx delivered my JRpass to another house yesterday. It was a terrible experience. I had no idea where my package was delivered or how to contact FedEx. Thankfully I had NTA Gardena's phone number. When I called they offered to cancel the lost pass and send me a replacement by a different carrier. It was kind of them to help me. I appreciate it, as this is my final trip to Japan.
