“THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON THEIR WORD OR THEIR PRODUCT; QUICT TO TAKE YOUR $$$$”

Ordered 12/2/23 charged my card 12/7/23. CS said would ship in 1 week, it is now 1/12/24 NOTHING! They now are not returning calls nor do they answer their e-mails.

Products used:
ordered ink cartridges and never received them still out of printer ink
