These guys told me they were sending the cameras. Sent them and they came in white but in black boxes. These people are suggesting that I did in fact receive the correct cameras and sent them back different ones. Yet they cant produce photos of what was sent to them from Hikvision and they conveniently do not have photos of when they accepted the package from Hikvision and then sent to me.

Waited a week with no communication or tracking info. I decided to cancel and order elsewhere....
I have used them twice and they show a lot of products but most I have needed are not in stock...
