Somehow I unintentionally ended up with two ordered programs. I conversed with the support staff through email. I found them very responsive, usually fully responded to an email within an hour or two. I don't know how I managed to double order. The staff said their records clearly indicated an intentional order on my part. I believe this was some weird error on my part. I honestly don't know what happened. But they did agree to refund one order without my submitting logs of paper trades to prove I studied the program, which they did promptly refund to me upon receipt of the return of the welcome program. I am not an experienced option trader, but I do plan to work the program as soon as I clear time and some quiet to concentrate on the material, as my busy summer winds done. I don't believe the material is difficult, I just have to familiarize myself a bit. They send a daily sheet of suggested trades. Excited to try it!
