They will charge you, as if your order has been placed but do not actually send product. If you reach out to them, they say they'll let you know if the product is ever in stock, but do not refund you and won't respond to any other questions or communication. My ''order'' was placed last year, October 5,2013. It's March 29,2014. Still nothing. Customer Service was also contacted. They said they couldn't intervene until they got feedback from seller. Nothing heard from anyone ever again.
From the description of this complaint, it sounds as if this customer had an issue with one of the sellers on our site, not with ADM itself (since we don't stock any inventory). We guarantee all orders placed on our site, so this customer would certainly have been entitled to a full refund had he contacted our customer support directly upon receiving such a response from this seller.
