Bought two brand new twin Beddys, and only three months later, following all washing instructions, one of them started getting several small holes. From reading honest feedback on Beddys Facebook pages (because it is impossible to leave a review on Beddys website except for right when your products arrive and you haven't had a chance to even use them), holes and tears sound like a super common problem with these Beddys. You would think that, after only three months for such expensive bedding, the company would replace or even give a partial refund back to your method of payment, but no! They would only give me a partial refund in the form of a gift card, so that I can go spend more money with their company to replace bedding that I JUST bought. I would say their customer service does have a quick response time, but they are really quite unhelpful and just handing out these gift cards to make you "go away" without even addressing the issues. I'm left with my gift card that I can only spend on their site for more of their expensive bedding that doesn't last. Plus, they discontinued the color I had so I can't even pay another $150, after my gift card, to replace my kids bedding. Though, I'm not really sure I want to be invested over $400 into one twin bedding set so that I can have one without holes... assuming the replacement holds up. Any ways, they are cute and I like the look and functionality on the bunk bed. However, so expensive for such poor quality and you get basically zero help if you have an issue unless you want to keep going back for more of this poor quality bedding that costs an arm and a leg. Oh and don't forget that you get to pay shipping and a shipping warranty charge multiple times... huge eye roll. Not worth the hype.
