“Nice Workout, Great Staff”

I came here because i got the 10-class groupon deal. Great energetic staff. They don't have morning classes on Mondays or Wednesdays right now, but they said they're working on offering that soon. I'm loving the high intensity workout. It may hurt the next day, but it will be worth it!

Nice clean facility (except for the flying ants from next door, but they're working on that). Note: There are no showers on site. I do wish you can sign up for sessions online though. Right now you have to phone in.
