Charged 5000.00. Went home started to get headaches every day, went to Neurologist in November 22. Could not find anything. It was what he put into my face, Went back to see him said he was sick and would return my money in the mail, Never received. Lost 5000.00 and headaches everyday reported to NY State Dept. Of professions. That was a year ago. Keep calling looking into was told. Never gave me receipt of services. He did not have paper come back will give receipt.
