This is a great karate course, if You are not so Young and fit anymoore.
There are no high kicks and You will improve balance and stamina as You progress.
This is the karate course that anyone, with hard work of course, can do.
You will learn wado-ki style, a knockof of wado-ryu.
Master Ramsey is a nice man and he will give fair and balanced feedback when You test for your belts.
If You have a partner to train with that is the best, but You can do it alone aswell.
