We eventually received one of the two items we ordered. Customer Service never responded to our email. We have been checking our spam folder to be sure it didn't get mis-filed. So... we're still waiting for one of the gifts ordered in November to arrive. No tracking number was ever sent, though we did receive a confirmation for the order.
