We hired them for a 7 month SEO project. During that time they provided reports of progress they made, but the same problems they supposedly fixed were still present. We wrote content for posting both on and off site (which they were uncapable of generating), which did not get linked properly and the internal SEO review in Wordpress found many errors. During the 6 months they actually provided any service we generated perhaps 3 leads and none led to conversions. Lastly, we prepaid the the 15th of April. Just before March 15th we expressed we were going to stop at the end of our prepaid time (04/15/21). Suddenly all the phone numbers and email addresses for all the contacts we had at DMA no longer were in operation. Also, called the number on the invoice that we were emailed and that was answered by a medical service company in Florida that had no idea what I was talking about.
We have initiated a report to the BBB and FTC.
Tip for consumers:
They look very professional from the Website and provide a good scope of work, but do not be fooled. The Quality is poor and after 6 months of the 7 months we paid we had less than 5 leads and of those none provided and conversion. Go to website and look at their team un der contact us. Pretty sure it is an Indian based company that uses a call service to seem us based., everyone we talked to had a heavy Indian Accent, and all the US addresses listed do not list DMA as a tenant.
