The best one out of all is surely "Medium", it cleans the plaque and keeps my hygiene at its optimum best. The "hard" one has seen to cause abrasion and me being a dentist knows that this can cause damage to teeth.

The bodycoffee uses those extracts that really have been working wonders for me, not only i dont feel my skin is oily anymore but it also has finished my pimples.

The experience that i had was not bad neither excellent and thats exactly why i believe that there is a margin for improvement. Surely It can be get better with time.
