Poor customer service, poor punctuality, and the worst at communicating with customers. Their website got hacked, customer payment was compromised site wide, and they didnt reach out to anyone about their payments and card information being leaked until months after it happened, even though they were aware of the situation. They threatened to send me to collections 6 whole months after they claimed my book was overdue, just because the post office failed to deliver (which they tend to do) the textbook back to their warehouse.
