I ordered two pairs of pa at September 9th. Delivery to USA. Go to check tracking, after the getting to their 3rd delivery partner DHL, the tracking number doesn't exist. I live chat them and the response was "sorry your delivery got lost in transit" so if I wasn't tracking the item I never would have received it? They are "processing a refund" but doubtful, will have AMEX dispute. Fraudulent company- reviews here are honest and accurate.
