I noticed right away an ongoing yeast infection I've had for years cleared up. I know I've had it because of my sugar issues. That was a blessing, not having to use meds for it and being uncomfortable all the time. I also notice BM's were better. I don't wake up every morning nauseated like I have for years, however, I am still craving certain sugars and salts. Not giving up on this product just yet.
