The process of Ko-Kard Philippines is very unacceptable!
There are 4 of us who have 2 pending remittances sent on Dec 3 and Dec 8 by our employer to anticipate the delays but Ko-Kard has been holding our money back! They have been hiding by hanging up the phone so no one gets through! They responded to our email past the business hours which is at 6pm, Friday Dec 19 with a lame excuse that the payment gateway is not working! They kept on providing excuses. We need our hard-earned money especially this holiday season! We are very DISAPPOINTED and frustrated about the process. WE NEED OUR MONEY ON DEC 22, MONDAY. NO EXCUSES. More than 10 business days of processing EXCLUDING weekends and holidays as compared to the promised 5-7 business is more than enough!
What's more frustrating is that I called last Tuesday, Dec 16 for information regarding the timeframe and the rep said that the funds remitted last Dec 3 will be cleared the following day, Dec 17 and will be credited not later than Friday, Dec 19 but we waited and all that came is an email informing us that the payment gateway is not working which should have been cascaded to us at an earlier time!
We've already taken this concern to the media and if the funds won't be in by MONDAY, DEC 22 before lunch 12 NOON MANILA time, we have no choice but to go to Pampanga with our lawyer with a demand letter to release the funds IMMEDIATELY together with some staff from the media to cover the anomaly with Ko-Kard's process!
Thanks guys for making the lives of the Filipino workers miserable and for filling our hearts with agony, anger and depression this holiday season. Take note, some of our bills are not yet paid because your process ruins our budget. A merry Christmas indeed!
