I got CHAT BANNED for a whole entire WEEK for asking why a moderator was in my club chat, and i got BANNED for no reason! I was about to send a message, but then realized they might delete my account. I wrote this support ticket: I was banned for asking a question and getting confused. Now THIS punishment is completely absurd! A whole week just until I can use chat features again? Now, if this happens ONE more time for completely silly reasons like this, I am going to completely reconsider spending my money here. I currently have 50$ in a jar labelled: Marapets AU savings. Now, I am not trying to argue, but if I get chat banned ONE more time for a completely UNREASONABLE reason like this, I will contact people whom are my friends and have huge amounts of power in the reviews industry. Maybe that 50$ can go to NeoPets? I can easily put BAD reviews and make big complaint videos like that other one that everyone got so upset about. So I suggest you be nice to your players.
