Long story short... ordered a specific size, paid (cc charged immediately), waited a week, got email saying needed to change size. I contacted Jesse (VERY condescending!) and said I needed the size requested not bigger. Jesse agreed to send out the bigger size AND refund my order, received item (was OK, couldn't use it) but received NO refund with NO replies to emails or voicemails. If you can't supply the item requested in ANY retail service, that I know of, you get reimbursed... PERIOD.
