I've been an elite member for over a year, I've spent thousands of dollars here on bras, leggings, and other clothing items that I love. I've personally never had a bad experience with the clothing, or materials, in fact I own over 16 bras, 30 plus leggings, and multiple shirts, shorts, jackets and shoes. Again, no complaints there. I knew about the monthly membership when I signed up, so no issues there either. My concern is with the FEW customer service reps. (I've spoken to some very nice professional ones) However, as of late, not only has my friend, whom I've convinced to join in the first place, been rudely spoken too by a rep less then 2 weeks ago, but I myself experienced this appalling behavior with a rep just yesterday. I love fabletics, I really do, but the unprofessionalism of some of your customer service representative is unacceptable. I can only hope that being such popular company, you take what your customers say into consideration, and start a better training program for those that are behind the scenes talking to your customers personally. Those Representatives have such a huge impact on how your customers see your company. I'm sure it would make a massive Improvement on fabletics future success. Thanks for hearing me out.
