Have been a long time customer of Electric Generators Direct and they have been a fairly good, reliable company to deal with for many years, however in the most recent months their performance has suffered significantly. They are quick to take my $$, however when they "slide ' the delivery date time and time again and have no remorse, only to. They are looking to cancel the order out of convenience only because they cannot deliver on-time. Being one of the largest Generac resellers in the country, you would believe EGD to accept responsibility for falsely advertising delivery dates. Apparently they don't value their long term customers. This is certainly my last purchase with EGD.
