1. Half of the 1,500 reservations I have made I have received no credit for.
2. The reservations you do get credit for expire.
3. When you get a reward card, it is almost impossible to use.
4. When you have a question about the above three issues, there is no way to get ahold of OpenTableSucks.com. I have been in a chat queue now for more than 90 minutes. What a f******** joke!

So much for being a VIP member. Some Stanford junior needs to disrupt the *uck out of this sad, fat bureaucracy. OpenTable is the 1970s ATT of apps.

Tip for consumers:
Just call the restaurant directly and skip this useless app.

I've made 1,500 reservations since this awful app was started. I was an early adopter, and am now a late boycotter.
