Placed my order, received my receipt via e-mail and then waited patiently for my order... and I kept waiting... and waited some more... until I finally called their "customer service" number. The guy who answered the phone hemmed and hawed when I asked about the status of my order - placing me on hold 3 times. Finally he told me that my order had been canceled. When I asked why, he transferred me to his manager, who was inexplicably combative and LOUD from the get go. She told me that my order was canceled because they had left me a voice mail message and I failed to call them back. She then proceeded to read me the riot act about how I should be handling MY voice mail messages! So I asked why they didn't just reach out to me via e-mail, only to get some mumbo-jumbo about how they couldn't verify it was really my e-mail address - despite the fact that I entered it into their supposedly "secure" website when I placed my order. Sorta makes you wonder just how secure their website is if they don't even trust the info that comes through it. I asked if they could just place my order again and they said "sure, but not at the same pricing as your original order". Seriously? Don't waste your time with this outfit... low bandwidth and even lower respect for their customers. The only thing you get more of abrasive "customer service", yo-yo pricing and aggravation.
