Everything is fine until you have a problem. I have bought a lot of shirts from Makrom, and thought they were good people UNTIL I bought one which shrank in an eco wash. Instead of apologising and sending a new one, Makrom Management said "You will need to send back the items packed in its original packaging with the labels attached." In the next email, they said "As per our return policy we have a right to refuse items which have been worn, washed & without the original packaging labels." It all just makes a mockery of what a guarantee means.

You have been warned that you must retain the packaging and keep the labels attached to the shirt until you have washed it at least once in case it shrinks.

I was telling my friends how good Makrom were, but how wrong it turns out I was when I had a problem. It doesn't matter then how good a customer you have been.
