We purchased t-shirts and hats for our kids. The hats were in terrible shape- bill of hat had been bent etc. When we called we were told we could return the items to the store...In the store they said they can not accept online returns. So instead we shipped back and paid the $9.99 fee for items that were DAMAGED and not of our doing. Option was to take an e-certificate but we have no intention of shopping with lids again so the the $9.99 ended up being the cost of a lesson learned... avoid LIDS
