BEWARE. I will never use this company and I suggest you don't either. I ordered 2 canopies over $2k. I provided my in-hand date. The site said it would send me a proof the very next day. They didn't. In fact, they didn't even respond until I reached out to them. The artwork I sent was incorrectly sized. Not being the canopy professional, I did what I could with my limited knowledge. Extremely delayed responses with absolutely no help on resizing to fit. I guess I, as the consumer am responsible for being a graphic artist as well, despite the thousands of dollars spent. Days went by and I finally received a response that my artwork was still not a fit AFTER HOURS on 4th of July weekend. It wasn't until late Tuesday afternoon (yes- 4 days later), that I was told that that day was the final day I could submit my artwork to get it in in time for my event and that if I cancelled, I'd be charged a frivolous 5% fee for shipping and handling (they never sent a thing) and credit card processing charges. (They never produced one thing.) Delay after delay, and they take zero responsibility. I was never provided with help with resizing my artwork, but I found another excellent company who helped me resize and get my product in time. They refuse to refund me without the ridiculous fee. BEWARE. Do yourself a favor and choose a company with customer service. With service like this before I even got my product, I can imagine the quality I'd be getting. No integrity.
