I purchased the above toothbrush heads through Amazon 27/4, they arrived 9/5. By the time they arrived my toothbrush had broken, so the heads were not required. I returned the item on 10/5 unopened. I sent a note to the company 1/6 that I had not received my credit, I was asked for the tracking number, I advised I did not have a tracing number, I was told not to worry when they got the item they would credit. Sent a further note 6/6 with a copy of the postage receipt to prove I had returned the item, all they said again was = do not worry when we get the item we will refund. Item cost 26.98, postage to return was $11.46, now 29/6 no credit and I am out $38.44...even though I sent back the product. Your customer service is awful, I will never shop in your store again.
