Our line terminater that we bought was supposed to be point 37 and it was not we have bought the product 3 times in hopes of getting ac in my vehicle (van)for my children. My. Van has to separate ac compressors so I want to block the Brocken one off. Because the product keeps breaking I measured it at the store with there tool and it is reading Point 36 and supposed to be point 37 so someone isn't checking there fittings before selling the product and it is very upsetting. A lot of money and time and gas wasted. To be told they won't do anything about it. There defective product is now cause suffering to my family. I am writing this in hopes that they will do the right thing and help fix there mistake. I have over 200 dollars in on this because of there defective product and poor quantity checks.
Tip for consumers:
Not to use this brand quality checks aren’t happening and rude staff who don’t want to solve the problem and not willing to forward to a manager when talking to in hopes to solve problems.
Products used:
Haven’t yet gotten a new product due to lack of funds because of spend to much with this company to begin with. Hoping they make this right.
