We ordered a wonderful Christmas gift for my folks and had it shipped directly to them. That was 3 weeks before Christmas, with plenty of time. After two weeks, I emailed to check the status and was told that they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas, but it would be there "shortly after," similar language to what others have noted. It is now February 1, and we still have not received what we ordered. I will be filing a fraud charge to recoup this money, but more importantly, we will (obviously) not be ordering from this company again, and my parents don't have their Christmas gift.
