This company is one of the most incompetent places around. I am not actually sure how they are still in business. Check out how old the positive reviews are...

Every single time we order - and today was the last time we are doing to do so - you place an order and then find out 30 minutes later that often 3 out of 5 of the items are not in stock. Why would that matter? Well, if you are getting matching items for 5 people. We've ordered from them in the past and almost every time it is the same thing.

Then when you call in to cancel the order because getting 40% of the order, you find they can't do that and you just have to return them even though nothing has processed.

The customer service people claim can't help either and say "they have no way of knowing what is in the warehouse." Really? They don't have a database? Target seems to know, Amazon always seems to know.

Someone at Hanna Andersson is incompetent if they can't coordinate what their inventory is prior to placing an order. Someone else at HA is incompetent if you can't cancel an order that would only be partially filed.

Since I am the one who always has to clean up the mess - returning items, contacting customer service, it won't be some place we order from again.

Tip for consumers:
The best tip is to go somewhere else and buy from there since you can never be sure you'll receive what you order.

Products used:
We are returning everything from one order because it was only partial. Hopefully the second one isn't partial either or we'll have to return it too.
