I purchased their services on 2/26/16(Friday). I received no response from this company. Not even a notice of purchase. I waited until the 28th to make some sort of contact (giving the benefit of the doubt that its the weekend an a non-business day.) They responded Monday, not knowing my email or order# (Flag). Then they told me of course it takes 1-3 business days to complete my order. Ok cool. Today is the third of March, going into the 4th and I tried following up with whom I made payment to (TruGfx) because we're actually "friends on fb". I acknowledged respectfully to see what was going on with my order, he again asks for the order#. I provide it. He stops responding. So now, I figure I'll give him to the end of business to respond. Nothing. So I went ahead and disputed my purchase with PayPal and will do everything I can to make sure no one does business with person. Your talent means nothing if you can't simply handle your customers correctly. I don't care how many times you change your business name I will locate each one and make sure you won't get another click on your websites. Ever.

Spoke to Tru G personally. He is a good dude. I was angry, and hungry last night, plus I saw what everyone else was saying and let my emotions get the best of me. If you communicate with him he'll take care of you. So it actually was not all that bad of an experience. Who ever is working with him at SlimeDigital, needs to go. They're hurting his business.
