I've been receiving marketing emails from BookMyShow on my email which i never gave to BookMyShow. I unsubscribe from the emails but i still keep getting them. Like this i've unsubscribed multiple times, but the emails keep coming. I shared all of this to BookMyShow customer care email. Ticket #*******. BookMyShow replied telling me that i can unsubscribe by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the promotional emails. I'm telling them that the unsubscription isn't working but they are telling me the procedure to unsubscribe. I reply back saying "Yes i've already done that multiple times but still have been receiving promotional emails from BookMyShow.". Guess what do they reply? Same thing - They again tell me the procedure to unsubscribe.
