I ordered 10 items from this company. 7 were received even though they state they sent 8. After 6 email exchanges with customer service, they never took care of the one item ($15 top) or would admit to the mistake. Instead of good customer service, they lost a customer fir life. I'm hoping I receive the last 2 items. It's been over 6 weeks already.
