Waste of time and money. Tutor was not proficient at 7th grade math of which she was hired. My daughters grade dropped from a B to a D within 2 months. No call, no show for 3 sessions and late for every other session. She texted other teachers throughout the sessions to ask questions about math. My daughter ended up sobbing when all was exposed as she ended up with a D on her report card, but hadn't said anything because she didn't want to get the tutor in trouble. The next tutor assigned over the remaining 4 months of horrible service had more courtesy in cancelling sessions in that she told us before, but travelled extensively and cancelled 1/3 of sessions. This tutor also did not specialize in math tutoring, but at least helped bring the grade back up to a C. While I was being charged over $400/mo. For tutoring by Club Z my daughter was falling more behind in math. Although the tutors did not show up twice weekly as agreed upon I was charged as such month after month even after several phone calls during which the receptionist at the Novi, Michigan office was very rude. I actually thought I had the wrong number on more than one occasion, because she was so irritable and dismissive, I thought I had called someone's home and a snotty teenager answered. I finally had to cancel my bank account and all the fun stuff that comes along with that. It was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE! Not to mention, the second mediocre tutor quit because Club Z was not paying her! The Club Z office in Novi, Michigan was a scam. Don't trust your child's education with these people. One of the worst experiences of our life.
