Theives! Stole our money when we booked a family holiday and didn't bother to complete the purchase with the airline. Subsequently, the price was increased to over £5000 from £3500 - even though they charged our credit card over £4000.
Very dodgy, in-compassionate, unprofessional, I would recommend against using them especially when purchasing high value tickets!
Made us forfeit £1000 penalty on cancellation of a booking even though they never booked the tickets after we paid!?!?!?
