Purchased a low profile trailer after speaking with them about their recent financial issues (July 2014). I was assured that they were correcting their problems. They are horrible about communicating throughout the entire process, except for when its time to get paid, and do not follow up on items they promise. After being delayed about a month I finally received my trailer. The workmanship was marginal and I had an electrical issue from day one that required me to pay out of pocket to have repaired. I tried contacting Eclipse several times prior to having my trailer repaired, but of course there was no return correspondence. Please don't make the mistake of purchasing from Eclipse Aluminum Trailers!
