Xiamen YeYang Import & Export Co., Ltd. that is advertising them self through made-in-china at http://xmyiyang.en.made-in-china.com and http://es.made-in-china.com/co_xmyiyang/ is a scam.

Don't even wire transfer any money to them or to any of the made-in-china companies. Use PAYPAL, make sure you get your goods within 45 days, which is the complaining period if you don't receive your order or you receive a bad quality.

I spent over 2 months with Denis who represented Xiamen YeYang Import & Export Co., Ltd. trying make and reciever our countertops from quartz stone. I made an order on July 5th for our first set of 4 countertops. I paid with PAYPAL. Denise was coming back several times with wrong drawings beside that I explained and email her the corrections to her drawings. She had difficulty to understand how to draw things right.

Once I called the factory and chinese people picked up the phone and they were making fun that I didn't understand chinese.

Denise suppose to deliver under our contract my countertops order within 60 days, and she suppose to ship my order within 15 days. She kept delaying on the shipment. After 30 days she told me that I have to pay the full amount now or she will not ship my order. I said I already paid with PAYPAL and PAYPAL will release the money to them once we learn that she shipped the right order with the right dimensions. She refused to ship my order. After asking her several times she sent me pictures of the countertops we ordered and she veryfied some of the dimensions that will be cut in our countertops. I noticed several wrong dimensions on the stones. She sent me weeks later dimensions of the cut stone but she only showed me some of the dimensions. The dimensions she showed me looked right, however, the she were not willing to show the other dimensions.

Denise then wrote me she will not sent the sink, which was part of my order, because the shipping cost will be more than she thought. I wrote back that was our deal and she needs to ship our sink too.

Finally Denise shipped our order 5 weeks late. Denise then started to threatened me that she will not give me the shipping documents unless I wire transfer money to her company now. I said she agreed to the PAYPAL terms and conditions therefore lets use that. I don't work with new rules that she makes up.

She then called me a week later that she sold my countertops and sink to someone else and therefore my shipment is going to another company.

I complained to made-in-china representative and they were on Denise side. Denise claimed she never shipped my order and she also claimed that she wants to get full wire transfer payment before shipping or she will sell my order to someone else.

This company is very bad and very unreliable. It is clear that Denise sold my product to another company because the cut out dimensions of my counter tops were wrong.
I felt that Denise is very unreliable and unprofessional liar.
