With a 9-business day lead time, I ordered an Elmo onesie for my daughter's Halloween costume and paid $20 for express shipping (4-8 business days). I checked the website multiple times for an order update and it continuously stated "In Process". Anyway, the onesie finally showed up 2 days after Halloween and when I asked Customer service for a refund of my express shipping I was told... "We can refund you 10$ as compensation, as you know we definately paid 20$ to ups, hope you can see.
Sorry for the inconvenience."
It is disappointing that this was their reply... It was not my fault that UPS didn't do their job and if they are having trouble with delivery, then Lilypajamas.com shouldn't offer Express Shipping on the website. This mistake cost me an additional $45 for a new costume and a lot of stress trying to find my daughter a plan B.
Admittedly the Elmo onesie is cute (this is why I am giving a 2 star rating and not a 1 star) but buyer beware should you decide to make a purchase from this company.
Lily, I recommend that you be very careful about the shipping expectations you set and when there is an issue "the customer is always right". Over $10 you have lost my business and more.
