Customer service explains "that is what the Script style looks like" for the one letter they have. (No. Goudy Oldstyle font looks nothing like Script.) By the way, I previously ordered the same product with imprint and all was correct. I cannot imagine what has changed apart from quality control. To be fair, customer service offered a different imprint job that is not suitable for the purpose. Apparently I lose the money. I would order basic items from christianbook.com but suggest using a local outlet for imprinting to ensure you get what you pay for, especially for gifts.
