I was charged for five months without my authorization because my REP did not complete the cancellation I requested. I spoke on chat and on the phone multiple times and was not compensated at all. I was told they had no previous knowledge of any of this. Finally they completed my cancellation, where I was told all my information would be deleted from the system. Which brings me to now 7 months later and I am charged again without any authorization whatsoever. Again I was told nothing could be done but it's completely fine to keep my personal information? It is blatantly clear there is no respect for the customers that keep the business alive and because of employee negligence, I am left to just pay the price. Extremely poor customer service. On top of all this my rep would not return my shears for months on end, ignore my messages and then my shears were so messed up I had to go with another company to fix them. Lifetime guarantee? Not in the slightest.
