Hello Fresh are underhanded in their business practices.
They should rely on great products, not unethical, deceitful behaviour.
They have lost a regular, loyal customer and I will make sure that I do not buy products from brands associated with them.
Tip for consumers:
The products are generally fine, although they are happy to leave boxes of products out in full sun in Summer. They offer a 5 day meal supply but the vegies will be rotten by then. However, the massive issue is the appalling customer service. They are very hard to contact. This means you can't cancel in time so they bill you. What happened with me is I had skipped all the boxes. I changed how many meals I wanted - SO THEY REINSTATED ALL THE SKIPPED BOXES. No notice. No Refund.
