I ordered two dog collars, paid in full on Aug. 3,2017 and I'm still waiting. I can't get a response to even cancel the orders. I like a company that gets paid when the item is shipped! Grrrr

“Did not deliver as promised”

A week ahead I ordered a deluxe arrangement and paid a 15.00 delivery charge for 5/12/17 for a Mother's Day luncheon. Paid 85.00... no flowers. This was for my mom in assisted living. Very sad.

Do not buy, collars do not last like other brands! Customer service stinks! They do not care...
