I ordered two dog collars, paid in full on Aug. 3,2017 and I'm still waiting. I can't get a response to even cancel the orders. I like a company that gets paid when the item is shipped! Grrrr
A week ahead I ordered a deluxe arrangement and paid a 15.00 delivery charge for 5/12/17 for a Mother's Day luncheon. Paid 85.00... no flowers. This was for my mom in assisted living. Very sad.
