Unfortunately I did not read any reviews ahead of time. I order online regularly so I didn't think that shipping would be an issue (I have no problem getting items bought from Asia). I ordered my items 2 weeks ahead and then my bachelorette party started to approach and now I have to fly out without the items that I spent a lot of time picking out and now I have to scramble to go find these novelty items in a local store. I called the 1800 multiple times and it seems like there's only one guy that works there, he's also the voice in the messages. They give a bull crap speech about privacy is important to them, they will take care of you and respond with email. They don't respond to crap. I had to keep on calling and once I got a a hold of him, they take no responsibility for their late orders. He says people that pay for their more shipping gets their items shipped out first. You didn't so you have to wait. Their website also advertises that they ship 95% of their items in one business day. That is bull crap. I can't believe there's such irresponsible businesses out there. Wouldn't buy again. Wasted so much time looking and shipping money.
