Every time I have a problem with Booksy I am generated to a AI bot. I've given them more money than they needed for their boost clients or you're just competing with other people in your industry. My clients are frustrated with having to login and register all the time. There's never any interaction between person person. They can delete their own negative reviews, but I can't mark out a line in one of mine. Yes I like the fact that negative reviews, make all your reviews seem more transparent and genuine but there's nothing genuine or authentic about this company and they store no data for you to look back on how many customers were first time how many are referred how many are going back to the same salon but a different stylist there is zero data I had to go back through and hand count all of my clients for the year 2023.
Tip for consumers:
I can remember better Salon platform services, such as Salon biz back in 2010 that’s how outdated the software is and they’re not United States based company you can tell by the wording on their services.
Products used:
I ended up using the Booksy booking service for about $32 and some change and their boost platform which half of them were my own clients. If not more they took a lot of money that was technically mine but I got tired of arguing with them.
