Pink Lily shipped my items with an incomplete address. The package and tracking stopped and said it had been returned to the post office. Pink Lily told me to put in a claim with Route. The package is lost! Route are telling me to put in a claim with USPS or contact Pink Lily! It's a 3 ring circle jerk at this point! No package replacement. No refund! No customer service! Save your money and sanity! Stay away from this operation!
