I have spent many hours watching all the videos with numerous medical and nutritional experts explaining how the ketogenic and low carb diets work. This information has allowed me to study, lean, think, question, and make up my own mind. This site is totally respectful of my intelligence. The meal plans have made a huge difference. Recipes are varied & delicious!
