I ordered a longchamp le pliage bag online on a yearly longchamp sale day, Dec. 27th, they did not confirm my order immediately, so I thought it did not go through. I then ordered another one on a different credit card, thinking perhaps they didn't accept the first card - still no confirmation online. So I thought the heck with it and forgot about it. Weeks later, I get 2 bags. I have been trying to return one since then, I don't need 2 bags. I have been getting the run around by email and realize that I will never get that refund. On there online site, it is called Longchamp World Wide and they give a telephone# which never answers *******594 which is a Salt Lake City exchange? Don't order from them!
